I ordered a last minute gluten free/dairy free cake for my allergy sensitive grandmother for her 77th birthday. This was the first time she’s had a birthday cake in over 15 years and the first time in nearly ten years she’s had chocolate cake/cupcakes. The bakers at Cardamom’s specialized her cake for her with her favorite colors and added flowers. My grandmother was so excited she stole a flower off before I could take a picture like a 5 year old and had years of joy in her eyes at the first bite. This was the top five happiest moments I’ve seen her have in over a decade. In addition, my grandfather who usually dislikes the taste of gluten free and dairy free sweets ate a whole slice and truly enjoyed it. Thank you so much!!!

10/10 would recommend. I ordered my wedding cake and dessert table items from Samantha at Walnut Street Bakery. She let us come in for a tasting and EVERYTHING was delicious. My two favorite flavors, however, were strawberry and coconut cake. In addition to wedding cake, she also did mini cheesecakes, cookies, and brownies. To top it all off..at the last minute I decided I wanted decorated cookies as favors and she was able to whip those up as well. AND she delivered it all to our venue. I would recommend Walnut Street Bakery to everyone. One of my favorite wedding vendors.
10/10 would recommend. We used them for our destination wedding. Even without having had a chance to taste test anything - we couldn't have been happier! Everything was amazing and the customer service was top tier. We did a small chocolate cake for cutting, as well as a variety of the mini desserts - AMAZING!

It was such a pleasure meeting with Samantha and having her create our wedding cake! We order a two tier lavender honey and lavender earl grey cake. The lavender honey was my absolute favorite! I heard many guests say the earl grey lavender tastes like fruity pebbles, but in a good way- they loved it. Very unique flavors that are worth giving a try!
Tree Nut and Soy Allergy? No Problem for Cardamom Bakery. Cardamom Bakery in downtown Seneca made the most delicious and beautiful Carrot cake with Cream Cheese icing, (daughter’s favorite) that was both tree nut and soy free. Samantha at Bakery was fabulous, understanding and working with our special request and design, over phone and email. She checked all recipes verifying which flavors could be created with no issues. Their cream cheese icing is fantastic!!! Can’t wait to try other options in the future. The bakery itself is adorable and definitely worth a visit. Thank you for making daughter’s 21st birthday so special.
Cardamom made an already special day that much more memorable with their exceptional cakecraft. Their expansive menu feels so unique and really inspired us to venture out beyond our usual favorite flavors. Cardamom’s staff is responsive, friendly and helpful, and they sure did go the extra mile (and then some!) by delivering a cake way out of town for us. And the cake itself was magnificent, as you can surely see in these accompanying photos. We will definitely be back for more soon!
Absolutely loved my wedding cake! They made my vision come true and the flavors were so delicious. Top was Oreo, middle strawberry, bottom was chocolate with strawberry baked in. They also were super friendly and helpful during the cake tasting
